Fees and Insurance

Most people enter therapy to manage the challenges and stress of daily life. And the expense for therapy begs the question, "Is it worth it?" Ideally, yes, therapy is worth the expense as an added life improvement and means of self care. For many clients, therapy is a necessity. The value of therapy has to feel right for you in order to honor this commitment to yourself.

My Fee is $130/50 minute session or $195/75 minute session. I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna for insurance reimbursement. I will be glad to provide guidance for clients desiring to use me as an out of network provider with other insurance plans.

Unless arrangements have been made in advance, payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Sliding Fee Scale

The cost of therapy with a licensed therapist can be quite high for many people. I reserve a number spaces in my practice to work with clients on a sliding scale. If you need financial assistance, please inquire about my sliding scale, and if I have the availability, I'm happy to work with you.
